Dr. Adrian Cole built our program around one belief: that no one should be told they have run out of options. As Medical Director he owns every clinical decision behind our psilocybin-assisted therapy — from candidacy screening and medical clearance to dosing and the safeguards that keep each session grounded — and he reviews every patient’s plan personally.

Adrian has spent more than twenty years in clinical psychiatry, much of it working with people whose depression, anxiety, or PTSD never responded to conventional medication. That experience shapes how our clinic operates today: cautious about safety, guided by the emerging evidence base, and unhurried with the people in our care.

Colleagues describe him as exacting on protocol and remarkably calm with patients — the person who slows a conversation down until someone feels genuinely understood. He trains our physicians and facilitators to the same standard and stays close to the research, so the care you receive reflects where the field is now, not where it was a decade ago.
